Since vintage 2010, this cuvée is an assemblage of different terroirs located in the Côte d'Or - 1/3 comes from the vineyards of an estate in the Burgundy appellation located in the commune of Nuits-Saint Georges on argilo-silty soil - 2/3 comes from the purchase of grapes from other appellations (Marsannay, Côtes de Nuits, Beaune, Ladoix Serrigny). All harvesting is done by the Domaine. This wine has a fresh bouquet of bright red fruit mixed with light violet scents; indeed, a little Chambolle-like in style. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry with blood orange fusing with red cherry/kirsch notes with good delineation on the finish.
