    The 2016 Chambolle-Musigny Villages comes from nine parcels spread over six single vineyards within Chambolle. It has a wonderfully clean and pure bouquet with small red cherries, rose petals and just a hint of truffle. A delicious medium-bodied pallate with succulent ripe red and black fruit infused, minerals, focused and taut with hint of spice to finish. This is a very well-crafted village cru.

    A pretty and airy nose blends notes of red cherry, dark raspberry, spice and a hint of violet. There is fine intensity to the highly energetic middle weight flavors that display fine length. This is mildly rustic but overall it’s a quality Chambolle villages. 88-91 points.
